I litter all of the time. It is not a big deal. The rain always washes it away.

all this cigarette buds in the streets..
it should be cleaned up by the smokers themselves and not by people who is paid by our tax-money.
I sometimes wonder if some people`s brain
is full of cowdung instead of common sense.

"Well we have been educated in such a way that littering is prohibited. Every corner you turn, you will definitely see a rubbish bin, hence there are no reason for you to litter. We will be fined for throwing cigarette butts, tissues, anything.. Chewing gum was banned in the early 90s, but now the ban is lifted after Singaporeans are more aware of the things that they shouldn't do.

That's disgusting. People who litter are disgusting. I imagine I'll be seeing more cigarette buds in the streets due to the smoking ban :(
