Narrator: As governor, Michael Dukakis vetoed mandatory sentences for drug dealers. He vetoed the death penalty. His revolving door prison policy gave weekend furloughs to first-degree murderers not eligible for parole. While out, many committed other crimes like kidnapping and rape. And many are still at large. Now Michael Dukakis says he wants to do for America what he's done for Massachusetts. America can't afford that risk.

Dukakis even released George Bush Sr, a man twice convicted of raising taxes. Can you trust a person like Dukakis? Vote Bush Sr for president.

In order for someone to exit the prison, they must first have entered. That's how revolving doors work, they allow access both in and out. Have you never seen one before?

The furlough program was federal, but Massachusetts was the only state that allowed first degree murderers serving life sentences to get furloughs. The Massachusetts Supreme Court ruled that first degree murders had a "right" to furloughs, so the Massachusetts Legislature quickly passed a bill saying they couldn't have furloughs. Then Dukakis actually vetoed that bill. So he is responsible for the policy.

It's "cuz" bush was a white man that offended the liberal stereotype that blacks are an inferior "victim group" and need their "help" (wel-fare,abortion clinics, failing public schools, etc) ,and light prison sentencing because as we "all" know (in their mind) blacks will go to prison, because their black).
