@UberBigos Its called adjust or adapt to it. Practice enough and it'll become like second nature. Anyone who uses a controller for racing games now AND uses manual shifting will have no trouble with this setup. The controller uses the triggers for gas and bumpers for shifting. This setup isn't far off.
