hey man, this is the 2nd time ive come across this. ive done it. and it quite frankily it scares the shit out of me to. i came across some thing similair to it on a website called mytelekenisis while i was looking for it. on the site they called it soul or spirit diving. it was pretty crazy. if im correct they had a forum about it to. it also gave steps on how to do it. you should check it out. message me about it. id like to swap expeirences of it.
