@wibis13 Inhales are bad because when air enters your lungs they go into tiny pockets then the oxygen is absorbed into your blood.... when you inhale scream, the air particals vibrate which enter your lungs and rip the pockets that oxygen is absorbed into your bloodstream from. Over about 1-2 years, it will cause the lungs to colapse.

Contuary to major belief, Inhale screaming does not damage your throat or vocal chords, well it does, but nothing perminant, its same damage as singing.
