There is actually more blacks on welfare than whites. 39% of welfare recipients are black white 38% are white. That means that there are more blacks on welfare. It also means that a larger percent of the black population are recipients since the U.S. is only around 12% black and 77% white. Look up some demographics before you write another ignorant comment. Whites have one of the lower welfare percentages.
