Uganda Anti-Homosexuality Bill Protest, London 7th Nov 2009

Uganda High Commission, London, Saturday 7th November 2009

Protest denouncing the Parliament of Uganda's Anti-Homosexuality Bill that will put LGBT Ugandans at risk of life imprisonment and the death penalty. LGBT Ugandans are going underground and fleeing the country in a terrifying time for them. Uganda is a Commonwealth country and this Bill should be stopped immediately.

I by no means advocate killing people,but I also dont advocate the social disease of homosexuality. Look,if everyone was gay we would all be dead,our population would quickly die out.

Homosexuality is not a disease, we exist, we don't choose to be gay, we are gay, that is who we are. The same way you might be attracted to the opposite sex we are attracted to the same sex. Homosexuality has been around since the dawn of time and the population hasn't suffered since. There have, are and always will be gay people in the world - we just want to live in a world where we are free to live our lives, to love who we choose in peace - a very basic human right!
