@sadlfgsfdhfd well kinda - Not everyone actually writes for the show, but the actors who play Ryan, Kelly, Mose and Toby are all actually writers who have written episodes for the office. But for example Jim or Pam have never done any writing for the show. The guy who plays Mose is actually one of the main writers.

Mose is there because he is a producer and writer on the show, he just has a small character in the show too.
