This guy is so dumb. This show was made to make persians seem happy in a "democratic" system. This will make the idiots who normally watch bravo think it's okay for the u.s. to back israel in bombing Iran. This is obviously propaganda. @gaines1983 Based on your comments it is very clear to me or anyone reading that you did not watch the video, and commenting on something you did not watch or comprehend is "dangerously ignorant". I find this humorous though because had you actually watched and comprehended what was said you know I was opposed to this show like yourself. Hollywood has history of portraying minorities in a negative light. Just look at the Cowboy and Indian movies.Now Hollywood producer's main agenda is to sell entertainment as always. Most Americans don't know the difference between a Sunni and a Sufi. Or the difference between a Hafiz and Ebi. Don't expect this show to explain. Consider the source... consider the audience. Iranian community in SoCal is diverse in many ways. Perhaps showing rich successful Persians is not bad start. Lets see.

1/2 Beverly Hills are Iranian. That's not an exaggeration. How is being wealthy not showcasing positive attributes? Look. It's Hollywood. All news, is good news. You got a few Oscars, yeah? ;) This guy tells the truth when he says Iranians don't tell their story. If Americans knew how RICH Iranians are in this country they would show some respect. did you get this heated over the "jersey Shore", and MTV's portrayal of Italians? We are not all like snooki and "the situation", but I don't let that get me mad....it's for TV...and it's not a true depiction....my husband is persian, and nothing like those on tv....but even he said, maybe it's another look for americans who only see Ahmadinejad and the fanatics on the news...it will show a more open minded set of Iranians....

@CREATIVE3 There are a select number of Iranians that have done exactly as you described I will not deny that. It would also be stupid of me to hold that against them. However the primary problem with the show is not that these people are wealthy, it's their behavior. You can be rich or broke and still have class. I have not watched the show yet so it would be unfair to pass judgement, but the trailer gives off the impression that these individuals do not exhibit class or respect.
