I believe there are artists who are being looked at by the million onYouTube now who will, in due course, fade away. However, Kathy Kirby has a quality that is enduring and transcends time and musical category. Slowly, her recognition factor will increase. I hope one day it is huge.

@wolfen682 The guitarist is Jimmy Page. He currently has a link to this video on his home page. Quote: "ON THIS DAY… 01 NOV 1963...This was one of the early sessions that I did where I was allowed to introduce my own riffs on top of a Charles Blackwell arrangement. This was an evening session at Decca Studio Number Two, West Hampstead, and she looked gorgeous and probably inspired my playing! She also lived with a famous orchestra leader Ambrose, who was 40 years her senior!"

Lip gloss? now I understand why her lips looked so fabulous. I was only 14 but Kathy was beautiful and a real talent. A class act, unlike the half naked singers today.
