Please answer. Ive always wanted to keep a slim build while increasing my strength. However im getting way too bulky especially my lats. How do you maintain your build? Not too muscular. Thanks a lot man.

How long does it take approximately to learn a single one armed pull-up, if I can do about 20 regular at the moment? 2 months?

@xLuckyLucas95x It took me close to a year from when I began my OAP training to get my first rep. I could do 20 consecutive 2 arm pull-ups at the time. Everyone is different though. Be patient.
