I am currently on kidney dialysis due to my h.b.p., the potassium, magnesium,calcium and other foods are restricted. The dialysys center does a blood test every month to check the levels of these and mine are in the normal range per their tests. I do have some use of my kidneys but not enough per the nephrologist. I was wondering if the

I would like to know if a person can ingest too much calcium, and has the drug industry some how been responsible for alot of the ailments we have today. These people who try to tell us that they have our better welfare in consideration, have destroyed milks nutritional value with pastuerization, and then try to refortify it with vitamin D is joke in iyself. I grew up on a farm and there is no milk like fresh milk. Skim, lo-fat, 1%, 2% milk to me is a bad joke, to say the least.
