  • Very good use of your hips Lisa. You're looking stronger. Humbly (as you know I too am still learning more every day): One quick thing that I noticed was how far your arm leaves your body on the down swing of the clean. Try to keep that closer and you'll be more efficient as well as preserve precious shoulder and grip stamina. After watching elite Russian lifters I noticed this is exactly what they do. This has helped me.
