The facts are:
Germans not being snitchers are generally not allowed to leave Germany.Or are forced back.You only leave Germany on official assignement, and then strictly collaborate with the German net of snitchers abroad. There are exceptions, like a 14 day holiday in Mallorca, but even this is being reduced now to save money.
If you fail to collaborate abroad, your name will be deleted from the list of the REISEKADER. And your next assignments will be:
Holiday on your own balcony.
