Women are not earning 25% less than men for the same job. If women did the same job, companies would hire only women.

According to the US Dept of Labor, most of the pay gap is attributed to fewer hours worked by women in part-time jobs of their choosing. If female income were the same, women would be paid more for less work. Considering that nearly 100% of workplace fatalities are male, women are not doing the same work.

Men need to work six days (Jan1=holiday) to sustain the same # of workplace deaths that women do for the entire year.

To say that women aren't paid equally because they earn 25% less on average is a non sequitur. It does not follow. Because it may be that more women work in jobs where less money is paid (to all employees, male and female). So to get a fair judgement one would have to find out whether women earn less money FOR THE SAME WORK.
