STIR FRY CHINESE GREENS WITH GARLIC.
2 tbsp Ching's Secret Soy Sauce
1 cup pok choi, diced
½ cup broccoli
½ bunch spinach
½ cup button mushrooms
1 medium carrot sliced
1 tbsp garlic chopped
1 tbsp White wine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp oil
Method:
Blanch all the vegetables, drain and keep aside. Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and stir fry for about half a minute. Add all the vegetables and mix well. Add Ching's Secret Soy Sauce, white wine to the vegetables and mix well. Adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
