FFVII - LLNMIENA Challenge - Palmer

LL = Low Level
NM = No Materia
IE = Initial Equipment
NA = No Accessories

Palmer is the easiest boss ever. He can use Mako Gun ten times, but that's it. If you don't want to waste so many Molotovs in this battle, you can just have Aerith attack him until he dies. However, she only deals 40 damage and he's got very high evasion, so it will take a while.

keeping my levels low is done by running from all random battles and make sure only one character receives EXP in boss battles.

As for money, I just sell off all the stuff I find that I don't need. You get a lot of money for all the equipment, so that's my main income.
