Concerning the speed of his playing--this is a cover, what most people don't understand about covers is that they are most effective when they change something about the song. In this case, he chose to speed the song up, which is what makes this cover attractive...So yeah don't be a bitch.

i wish the video would have kept going until the applause was over. because im sure it would have been ear shattering. this performance is seriously the best cover of any song ive ever heard by an amatueur musician. i would really consider writing your own songs, who knows, you might be the next colin :]

This is pretty good, if a little fast for my taste. Try taking bigger breaths; I think you would have more success, all though that could be due to being nervous on stage.

I wish people wouldn't be so harsh. This guy's obviously trying, and I think the speed adds a bit of funk to it. Not that it's not a funky enough song as it is. But nice one, chap.

Ha, people really are such a-holes on You Tube. What's the point of excoriating someone's performance? People should try constructive criticism or keeping their mouths shut.

to be completely honest, i forgot this even existed... it was my first performance ever, and i was really nervous.
and it was wayyy too fast.
