Nurit Kedar's film, Concrete, hears from Israeli soldiers who blame their military leaders for encouraging a "disproportionate" response to Hamas's rockets.
They claim their commanders used to "psych up" soldiers before an operation so they were ready to shoot indiscriminately.
This is the first time Israeli soldiers have come forward publicly with claims which counter those of their bosses.
Thank you, should be seen by all, very brave & truthful. I will be telling all to watch

In the channel 4 report which shows footage, the soldiers seem like humane people who experienced sad but typical war experiences. They seem sincere, moral and because they're humane, they are struggling with the realities of a necessary war. Kedar betrays her idiocy by blaming Israel for "doing this to it's youth" as if it's Israel's fault it has to go to war to defend its citizens from Hamas. The soldiers don't come across as bloodthirsty nationalists, rather as sensitive & thoughtful.
