  • @Noosic - thanks for the clarification, I remember this one ( I think grandma was Mrs. McGoo)! I turned 9 fall of '65.

    I've made 450 playlists to share with everyone, over 300 by artist and one for every year since 1900 and this gem just went on the 1965 playlist. You can listen to the sounds of any past year, ads and all!

  • I pretty sure Mr. Bubble was created by Faith and John Hubley--parents of Georgia Hubley of Yo La Tengo fame.

  • I remember this from the mid-60s...I was born late in 1961 so my memory of it must have been from at least 1963 or 64, if not later.

    This makes me wonder whether this could have been from the 50s as indicated in the subtitle in Google search results.
