i dun hink that would be a good idea because if they are intelligent, they would be pissed a you jus comin up with a ship then abducting a random civilian so they would probably declare war on you. Lest that be their only civ in the galaxy, then shoop-da-whoop you jus analaed an enire race. sorry my T key is a little broken.

@Peekarica aye, it was one of the most disappointing games ever created. I still think it's fun, but it gets boring quickly. But it could have been amazing. There was even talk that it could be used to educate people about evolution and space. Now it's just a point and click game, in which you try to make the 'best' creature you can, then fly around either blowing other planets up or scanning/abducting things. It's repetative and simple, a shadow of what it could have been.

@Razshagaul yes. And how much does Galactic Adventures cost? Typical Maxis. They purposefully flaw the original game, then release thousands of over priced expansion packs to make up for it. They do it with The Sims, we should have assumed they'd do it with this.

But honestly, look back at what they planned Spore to be. It looked like it was going to be amazing. It was realistic and educational, and most of all, it actually looked like a game that would never old.

@jackamatyus I totally agree with you. The only things I like on the current Spore is the effects in the game. They even removed the epic super nova's, the realistic space flying! You only can visit planets in space stage, and see how another civilization is going to space stage or stuff like that. The Beta Spore was way MORE real that re-created our universe, how it would look like in real. Now it is just a game with some normal smaller planets, the planets were larger in this beta game.

@ytrewq622 And I think you're smart for buying it. They may have made it more kid-friendly, but it's not that bad. Besides, in Galactic Adventures now, you can make the ugliest creatures and put them in the most hostile environments and then let a hero kill them, eat them and blow up the planet. Life is good!

They really fucked up this game didn't they. They turned it into a childish piece of shit, filled with rainbows and unicorn jizz...it's fucking disgusting, thic could have been one of the greatest games ever to exist, and they failed. No wonder no one actually bothers buying it.
