mics ok, you need to add slot of sound deadening materials, there way to many noise reflections (echo's/reverb) in the room making it sound really bad.

I get the impression you're trying to make a professional-looking instructional video, but the sound is PISS POOR. Invest in a decent microphone: this sound is utterly grating!
