  • when did you start working out. my son was born 6 months ago by c-section and i feel pretty horrible about the way i look. how many do you do? how many times a week? sorry for all the questions.

  • @whitL10 i started off with ten sit ups in the evenings when my son was about 4 months old, i didn't do them all the time just when i could be bothered, then started doing 20, gave up for a few months, started again about 4 months ago, did 30 a night, then started to do 20 more, but leaning to each side. put your feet under your sofa to make it easier, you don't have to get far off the floor as long as you can 'fee'l it working! walking helps, stand up straight and hold your tummy in
