Our 6.0 Powerstroke makes a ton more smoke than that when it STARTS UP.

why is there such a want to "blow black smoke"? Wouldn't having an extremely strong engine that burnt all the fuel it's fed be better? Im shopping for a 99-02 7.3 but to "blow smoke" isn't in my plans for it...
