His name is Scott Baker, and he is one of the best. He is what is known as an "Outside Talker". There is no such thing as a "barker". Also, what he is doing is called a bally, where he talks about the show. The particular part of the bally that he is doing is what is known as the "jam". That is where the ticket price is reduced.
