Blockade Runner during Tulsans' January Blizzard

At the height of the storm, about nine cars were ditched on the Southern Hills leg of 61st St, leading to a police roadblock of both 61st westbound and Harvard southbound. One car disobeyed orders and made a break on Harvard, only to be chased down by the ossifer on scene! The reckless criminal caused about twelve cars to go south on Harvard, endangering many lives! The hardened scofflaw was brought back to the intersection for processing, when ANOTHER car tried to take advantage of the situation and disobey orders!
