Translation Part I:
"[Karmapa] is not a title which only belongs to one person. It belongs to all Bodhisattvas and great accomplished Masters. They are all Karmapas; they are all practitioners of the Buddha's activities. That's why when we recite this [mantra], we are able to receive blessings from all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and great accomplished Masters."
