Run 1 mile
Two minutes of each:
Row
30 pound Dumbbell thrusters
20 pound Medicine ball cleans
Double-unders
Pull-ups

The clock runs continuously for the ten minutes after the run. Total reps and calories added up for your score.

Gillis went with 16kg KB (35 lbs) for thrusters and 10kg (22 lbs) for medicine ball cleans.

Catherine with 8kg KB (17.6 lbs) for thrusters and 5kg (11 lbs) for medicine ball cleans.
