@MrFreedomification They decided to give it a rest for a bit. They had been making new Trek since 1987,and Enterprise showed that Rick Berman's & Brannan Braga's take on the Trekiverse had grown tired.I'm sure it'll come back, but it needs a new creative team to do so and inject it with the new blood it needs.

why did they have to stop the star trek programs, I mean there's so much more they could do with the variety of timelines and story lines, i.e post enterprise, ds9 etc?

I wish that their was a movie before the Federation was founded. This would diffently be about the Romulan wars. One thing I did not agree on was the first contact of the Klingon Empire, as well, at the beginning of the Enterprise series. This should have happened with the crew of the U.S.S. Valiant, which would of had acure in the next century. As indicated by the "Star Trek Chronology, The History of the Future" book, the Romulans had no warp technology, and hand-hand combat on Earth.

A beautiful moment ruined by a crap episode. This should've been tacked on as the ending to Terra Prime, by far a superior episode in every respect.

i wish they've never cancelled this series...it was great!
What would have been great would be to freaking end the series with an amazing speech/monologue by Archer to the huge crowd, and have his speech end with the "Space, the final frontier" speech. Then the last words of the series would still be "to boldy go where no man has gone before." The entire audience jumps to its feet in applause, Archer looks back, smiles at T'Pol one last time, cut to wide shot of the standing ovation, and END CREDITS.

"Were through here." Why? this is an Enterprise episode, not TNG....Sad end to an even sadder series..
