as a student who was sued by his university over loans, i can tell you that student loan contracts offer ZERO protection for the student borrowers. you can be gang raped by your professors and will still be held accountable for the money. reform is desperately needed.

Want free education??? Stanford, UC Berkeley, UC Davis, MIT, Yale, and many other top colleges put their classes on youtube to be watched for FREE. There you go. Education is free, but does anyone bother to take advantage of it?

Heck, most university professors will let you sit in a class and learn for free.

Listen to me, call up the Default collection agency you are currently under and !DEMAND! that they put you under their Loan Probation program. This will set your student loan payments back to their original value OR EVEN LESS than the original payments.
