Damon & Caroline | It's never enough

This idea popped my mind just as I started watching the pilot for Lost Girl (which was really good, may I add, I'll def continue to watch that)... I started writing a fic for it, but never finished it. So, it's pretty simple, but just in case:
Caroline is having a rough night. Well, actually, scratch that and make it a rough YEAR. Getting into a car crash, dying, becoming a vampire and being thrown into a deadly battle for Elena's blood is nowhere near her dream school year.
As she decides to drink and forget all of her afore mentioned problems, she walks into the grill and into Damon. He attempts to banter, like they always do, but she is not in the mood for it.
Later, as she is already drunk, an older man approaches her. She talks to him, relieved she had found a stranger to vent to about her problems. After their conversation, she leaves the bar, but he follows her and attempts to make a move on her. Damon, of course, had noticed their dialogue and goes out of the Grill to look for her. He hears her as the man pushes her around, as Damon runs after her and kills him.
He calls Liz, who goes on the scene to handle the dead body and he offers to take Caroline home. Once she's there, Damon sighs in relief at her well being and she asks her to stay.
And that's it. Period.

Well, I might remake it if I have the time, as there are still a few glitches and a few scenes I'd like to add, but I want to make sure you saw this and tell me if you liked it or not! So what did you think? ;)

Caroline: Please... I don't wanna be alone.
