Notice how Brad, the cop, wastes no time handcuffing the acting prisoner. He handcuffed that guy like he (an ex cop) and all police officers are trained to do. This handcuffing technique he used is for a non-compliant person, otherwise he wouldn't have parked his leg on the guys neck like that. So....I am wondering - why is this guy laughing, while Sam and all the others cry like little girls when it is done to them?
