  • Why are you cooling the ballast?? Simply use thicker wire.

  • water-cooled inductive ballast? I don't think I've ever seen that done before. Interesting. I have a friend that powers HUGE Tesla Coils and a Jacob's Ladder with a pole transformer. He was using an arc welder to ballast it.

  • how much did it cost or was it free? i can't find them anywhere around where i live.
