shindasingh, shit this is crazy. this is coming from someone who s the shortest on his team but can dunk with EASE. I followed the dunk training program over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | and increased over 14 ins on my dunk.

this was probably one of the worst dunk contests ever.

I was at this contest and it took Nate Robinson about 10 tries to make his last dunk. He never hit the rim those times so that's how he was able to attempt so many. It was lame how he won
