How to upkeep Shadow Form both A/Me and A/E

Assassin/Elementalist
1 Glyph of Swiftness
2 Deadly Paradox
3 Shadow Form
Use 1,2,3
When Shadow Form is about to recharge use 1,2,3. Repeat.

Assassin/Mesmer
1 Deadly Paradox
2 Arcane Echo
3 Shadow Form

Use 1,2,3. When Shadow Form recharge is at 2/3 use the copied one. Right before Arcane Echo recharges use 1 then 2 and finally 3. The whole thing then resets.

im sure theres more then 2 ways of maintaining shadow form, ive heard from some people that A/R is maintainable and A/Rt is maintainable

These are the fully maintainable and no consumables methods. A/R can be maintained only in certain areas with quickening zephyr, but it takes a lot of energy.

Nope, these 2 method of maintaining Shadow Form have not been nerfed yet.
