im sure theres more then 2 ways of maintaining shadow form, ive heard from some people that A/R is maintainable and A/Rt is maintainable

These are the fully maintainable and no consumables methods. A/R can be maintained only in certain areas with quickening zephyr, but it takes a lot of energy.

Nope, these 2 method of maintaining Shadow Form have not been nerfed yet.

It lowers the recharge of assasin skills(in this case Shadow Form) by 33%. Thus both of those methods possible else it will not work.
