King's Singers by Night - Full concert HD

Een zeer afwisselend concert met een vleugje Britse humor op de late avond op de Hofvijver.

Uit hun omvangrijke repertoire, dat meerdere eeuwen beslaat, hebben The King's Singers toepasselijke muziek gekozen. De heren lijden het ene moment schipbreuk op de Hofvijver, dan weer zijn ze dronken matrozen die hun liefje bezingen. Maar ook Johannes Brahms komt voorbij, en Blackbird van The Beatles en in de afsluitende close harmony hoort u de perfecte samenklank en smetteloze timing van The King's Singers.

@Spudbass I completely agree with that sentiment and must add that i find the new bass to be a great fit for the group. I also am a huge fan of Stephen because of his tonality and strength as a singer. As a bass myself I enjoy listening to stephan on a sort of fanboy level. For the group however I find that the new bass blends easier with the others. In older videos, the Soprano and stephans voices stuck out and that seems to be against what the kings singers strive for.

@angryred101 nicking pits...they've always had great blend. Stephen was excellent as is the new Bass, but I think you're right that the blend, at least in this concert, is really nice right now.

I would suggest using binders with the plastic pages (where you can put individual pages in the plastic covers) to prevent the wind from blowing the pages annoyingly around.
