@HV6AZZ002 He comes from the Namco videogame "Ehrgeiz". He has the Mishima name but I don't believe that he even "exists" in the Tekken universe.

Interestingly, according to the magazine I read, Ehrgeiz was initally a collaboration between Square and NAMCO - Namco later weren't involved, but I wonder if Namco created Godhand? In addition to his name, he kind of looks like he could part of the Mishima family...
