The song actually is named after its first line after the proper title given by Bart Howard did not stick. It was written in 1954 and covered extensively as a standard through the 1960s and beyond. The song essentially uses a "Vivaldi sequence" progression, and it is one which flips back and forth between minor and relative major. It is also in triple meter, which makes it a tad unusual for a jazz tune.
