people in favour of win7 are usually people new to computers or teenagers. I've used both xp and 7 and, big woopy fucking doo, 7 is 4 seconds quicker on bootup, yet once you get that far, you realize how slow 7 is at everything else. and that was a same spec pc. I went back to XP.

@vegunited06 if you have dual or single cpu go for xp, if quad or better go for 7

@Yzmo Ok, but I have a comp here with 2mb 2d graphics set at 800x600 and even that has a normal startup logo?

@MrTpengineer When the resolution of the screen is lower than 1024x768 those bars are displayed on Win7 too.

It is simple u just put more RAM,Processor and Graphics card in 7 ones and less in xp ones :) SIMPLE
