  • wow really sarah, citgo?

  • @fashion4evab It is the sky line of Boston, if you ever watch a baseball game at fenway you will see it, i'm not sponsored by them lol

  • Can u do excercises for.bigger ppl, like sum kind of beginers!

  • @crazyessie10 I do have a video for beginners! You can find it by searching "beginner workout" on my main channel homepage!

  • hey thanks for all of this :) But can I ask u a question?? how much time I should give to my daily exercise??

  • @MrShezy007 It depends on your intensity. I suggest a minimum of 180 minutes a week if it's light activity. If you are doing more challenging work, you can cut it down to 20 minute intense workouts 4 days a week which is only 80 minutes. It really depends though on your level of fitness as well.

Me too dude! Honestly, I dont like to

exercise but with the help of that

    program offered by the site:

    AmazingAbs.info

it has change that. Ive just started

and I feel good and looking forward

to the results. Its been a week but I

have more energy and feel more

    positive about my self-image..

  • @DKincorperated Jumping jacks will give you cardio. Or skipping rope (a jump rope). Those are the two things that came to my mine right away.

If you have Wii Fit, they have a running exercise where you're jogging in place and you can choose how long you do it for. Last time I did it, I did it for 10 minutes, and I'm not a good running. It really does get you cardio though.

I want to lose weight in my stomach, love handles, butt, and thighs.
