I can understand having to pay an overdraft for the first attempt. But to keep allowing attempts for the same charges over and over just doesn't make sense. I don't know what my options are. I do know one thing though, youtube is free. I will post and post and post until I get someone at fifth third to do the right thing. My advice, don't bank with them at all. As caring as they may seem, when it comes down to it, it's all about the money.
