im running itunes 10.5 & IOS 5 but i dont have the "sync with itunes" how can i change this?

@jonnyrye Uninstall and reinstall iTunes 10.5 by downloading it from Apple's site. Make sure your running iOS5 latest version, not a beta. :)

Just found out, it doesnt need to be connected to power to sync... Feel free to check it out... :D

I see the "SYNC NOW" button available, but I'd like it to sync automatically when it's plugged in.
