  • this song has Travelling Wilburiies and ELO at its essence, his album would have been a major success at that time, has he ever released it or was just in the works?

  • The album was released in 1991 - some parts were completed after Dels death. The album is called "Rock On!"

  • This is GOLD

  • Such a talented singer he was, have loved this song for years. Have never seen the album, any clues as to where I could get a copy on CD?

  • There is something from Roy Orbinson here,

    nice :D

  • Such a hauntingly beautiful song, and so sadly prophetic. Miss you, Del!!

  • Do you have The Plucka Duck segment to this????

  • the album I have listened to the most over the last 20 years is "Rock on" without a doubt...fantastic songs and THAT voice I will never ever forget...go listen to "Lost in a memory" or "who left who"...absolutely stunning music

  • brilliant should have been a big hit two people with no tasteon the ratings rip del the real king

  • At the end of this, Daryl asked Del if there was any truth to the rumour that he was asked to join the Traveling Wilburys to replace Roy Orbison. He responded something along the lines of, "No, but it's a nice rumour". It's a shame he decided to join Roy Orison instead!

  • @rockolav that's because it is actually a Jeff Lynne production..

  • Great tune!
