First of all, good effort, and I notice that they skated closer in some step sequences.

However, why they changed their spins? I think their spins from last year were much better. I hope them switch back to their beautiful and fast spins from Samson & Delilah.

Also, they seemed to put too many elements in the 2nd half of the FD so it's too demanding. This is free dance, not freestyle's long program, it doesn't make much sense to put all elements into 2nd half. No bonus for doing that.

Beautiful... just need to get transition from one element to another smoother and improve the costumes... beautiful and innovative lifts, great speed. I love the music!!

@Zelinna12 so i know you posted this awhile ago but it merits a response. While V/M have already won, D/W had the better program in my opinion. I found V/M's boring honestly. And what you see as being "Frantic" I see as performance and power, the two things that V/M did not have in their one-note routine.

me too. every time i hear the melody of S&D, i think of D/W's dance. i know joannie rochette's LP this year is set to S&D - if she wins big, i'll be calling it a win for D/W and their program in my twisted head, too :D

The other day I heard the melody of Samson & Delilah somewhere, and I felt I wanna cry, because I thought of D&W immediately and I miss that dance. It will be great to see them dancing with it again, some time in the future, maybe in gala.

But I like Phantom anyway and I think they're the right cast for it.:)

It's very exciting and emotional. And the lifts are amazing and look pretty secure already. It will be beautiful when they get it perfected!

No I liked S&D better last year, POTO is used way too much & has been done before.

Besides Virtue & Moir are doing Mahlers Symphony #5 & it's spectacular, if they perfect it & skate it like they can by Feb I can't see anyone beating V&M with this new program, saw it in Thornhill & they are flawless & much smoother than D&W.

D&W are way to frantic in the last part of this FD.
