How to check if your mac can run the snow leopard 64-bit kernel. To do so you have to check your mac's efi version. As you see in the video it's pretty easy. You have to type "ioreg -l -p IODeviceTree | grep firmware-abi" in a terminal window. If it returns "EFI64" your mac can boot with the 64-bit Snow Leopard kernel.
