You should have morning glories and moon flowers on the same fence. The morning glories bloom in the morning, then at night, the moonflowers take their place!

@14ku2sh0 Uh, I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend trying to get high off it. If you're really intent on trying, though, you should do some research so you don't screw yourself over too badly.
