Praa Sands is awesome, mainly because i started learning surfing there going back 5 years ago, so it's nice to visit now and again, can't believe i missed last year though 22nd may, 40ft waves.

same man i fucking hate praa its so choppy and i hate it high tide its alot better at hayle we are getting so pretty gnarly waves now :)

i agree not classic praa, i surfed praa 4years wen i was at college and had sum of the cleanist waves iv ever had.... live on the gold coast now tho which is a bit better hahahahahaha

Is there a reason why praa is so choppy compared to mexico/gwithian/godrevy? I put it down to it being so enclosed. I've only just started surfing and praa is only 10 mins away but i get scared as its not as clean looking as hayle area.

I surf at Praa Sands and Adam ones one of my coaches goin back about 2 years ago!
