Do's And Don'ts - Ipod Touch / Iphone

What is jailbreaking?
Jailbreaking is simplying unrestricting your device and allowing you to do anything you want
to your device that you are not allowed to do by apple. By jailbreaking you are able to
access your root files that are suppsosed to be restricted by the user.

What is being tethered mean?
It means your device will always start up in recovery mode if the device is turned off,
battery dies or if you restart your device

To get Battery Magig pro:
SImply buy from the App Store or
If your jailbroken just download from cydia or installous

Do's:
- make sure to restart your device every few days to clean up your memory to keep your
ipod touch or iphone running at top speed
- make sure you do a full cycle charge at least once a month by allowing it to be below 20% level then charge your device while you have battery magic pro on

Donts:
- If you want your device jailbroken do not upgrade to 3.1.3
- If you did upgrade just simply downgrade back to 3.1.2 and then jailbreak your device
- If your tethered do not restart your device or turn off if your away from your computer
because u will not be able to turn it back on till u run blackrain on your computer again
- If you do restart your device and once you enter recovery mode usually Itunes will open saying
"Itunes has detected an Ipod in recovery mode. you must restore this Ipod before it can be used with Itunes. " Whatever you do DO NOT restore your device in Itunes. It will automaticly upgrade u to
firmware 3.1.3 and then u wont be able to jailbreak your device after that.

LIES. You cannot void ur warranty for jailbreaking and it is not illegal. Apple is just trying to scare u. The only thing illegal about jailbreaking is going to installous and downloading apps for free(very illegal and shouldnt do).
