Is BistroMD Worth The Cost?

What up world?!?! I was asked a good question by my uncle Jay, and the question was available for everyone to see on one of my many facebook wall posts. Here is the question from my uncle Jay.

"I noticed the site is $180 for meals and snacks for one person for 7 days. Question? Why not just buy the food and cook it?!"

Since I had already asked myself this question beforehand I was prepared for it. I presented my argument to BistroMD prior to this event, and they made sense to me. We then thought it would be a good idea to make a video on the subject. Hence the video you see here was created.

I agree with you! I was shopping/cooking/cleaning up for my adult children and husband. Now they are taking care of themselves (as they should) and I am able to do things I enjoy with the time I save. Add the savings in gas (I'm not driving to the grocery store) as well as the reduced stress. I was even able to have the meals shipped to another state when I had to go to take care of my mother after surgery. I'm losing weight, am wearing smaller clothes, and continue to enjoy the meals.
