He did. He is unbelievable as Judy, but to an ear highly trained to Garland, it is very obviously not her voice.
Jim is coming to San Francisco in December to do his Judy show, and I am SOOOO excited for it!

As an admirer of the late, great princess, I can sympathize with the opportunity to express here negative feelings toward those who helped to destroy her. And this does NOT take away from the talent of the performer Jim Bailey.

i have seen jim in person perform as barbara streisand. he uses his own voice, and is such an exact match you would be surprised.
i just love jim, he is one of my alltime favorite female impersonators.
